Meet Our Team

ELDERS

The elders are the shepherds (pastors) of Grace Church, responsible for the oversight of the members (1 Peter 5:1-3). Being an elder is a high and holy calling that we take very seriously. We have lay elders who serve on three year terms and staff elders that are permanent. Ultimately, Christ is the lead shepherd or pastor of the church, and this council of men serve under his authority.

STAFF

The staff of Grace Church lead the congregation in the many efforts to carry out the vision of the church: To Know Christ and Make Christ Known. While the staff serve as shepherds, vision-casters, and organizers of the many different ministries of the church, they partner closely with the volunteers to ensure these ministries are beneficial for our congregation, local community and global partners.

DEACONS

As an office that has been a part of the body of Christ since its very inception, we at Grace Church seek to be faithful to the pattern laid out in the New Testament by electing and activating deacons from our membership. The role of a deacon and deaconess is to minister to the congregation through meeting the many practical needs that exist among the people. They are to be the chief servants of the church and must be biblically qualified (1Timothy 3:8-13) as well as capable to meet their assigned tasks.

TITUS 2 TEAM

The Titus 2 Team prayerfully ministers to the women of Grace Church in order to encourage and build relationships with one another through the truths of God’s Word. This team of spiritually mature women is appointed by the Elders in order to assist them in praying and caring for the unique needs of women that are most often best met by other women.
