Luke 22:39-46 | The Prayer of Jesus

Moving through the events of Passion Week, we come to Jesus’ prayer on the Mount of Olives. This is one of the most emotionally charged moments as the Son of Man struggles with the task in front of him as the disciples are sleeping at a distance. In it, we see what it means to submit to God’s will as well as the necessity of prayer for an enduring faith.
