Chapter 17 of Acts brings us to the middle leg of Paul’s second missionary journey. As the gospel is presented and taught to three different people groups (Thessalonians, Bereans, Athenians), we see three different types of reception. This passage demonstrates for us the unchanging nature of the gospel message as well as the versatility in its presentation.
