Cost varies based on suite selection and number of roommates you have. Remember, the more roommates, the more you can share the cost of the room! In addition to your suite cost, it is approximately $170 for 5 meals (menu selections are above).

The King and Family suites are the least expensive starting points. Remember the more roommates you have in any of our group suites, the less it will cost per person/night! For example, with 4 occupants sharing the King suite, you would pay approximately $65.00 per night and with 6 occupants in the Family suite, you would pay approximately $45.00 per night.

Part of the retreat experience is to connect with one another and be in fellowship. Eating meals together is a great way to do this! However, if you prefer to eat meals in your room or in town, there are certainly many options. Unfortunately, you will not be able to join us for any of the dining events should you change your mind during the retreat as meals are selected, ordered, and paid for prior to the event. Also, personal food or take out is not allowed in the event space. I do hope you would decide to dine with us! It is approximately $170 for 5 meals and menu selections are above.

Part of the retreat experience is to step away from the everyday and connect with one another for a weekend designed to refresh your soul. Along with that, we will have after session activities and a hospitality suite so staying overnight at the resort makes it more convenient to participate in those and with us. However, if you prefer to commute, you certainly can. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a suite at our contracted rate, suite availability, or an available bed for you should you decide to stay overnight once at the retreat. I do hope you would choose to stay at the resort and experience the weekend as a whole along with us!

It’s a casual event so jeans, skirts, sweaters, leggings, pants, jackets, etc, are appropriate. What you would wear to church is a good place to start. Keep in mind that we will be a little further north on the lake in the fall and we’re planning a bonfire one evening. The weather can be tricky to predict here in WI so think layers and it wouldn’t hurt to bring a jacket, hat, and gloves just in case.

Parking is available for free at the Blue Harbor Resort. If you are commuting with a group, you can park your car in the Grace Church parking lot.

Deadline to make suite reservations is Wednesday, September 10th. However, we have a limited amount of suites in our block, so reserve sooner rather than later!
